Sukhman S. Sekhon

Sukhman Sekhon is a Paralegal with the Law Offices of Mark T. Harris. Mr. Sekhon is a central valley native originally from Selma, CA. Born as a first generation Indian American, Mr. Sekhon is also a graduate from the University of California, Merced with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Applied Mathematics minor. While an undergraduate student at UC Merced, Sukhman was accepted into the summer program  at the London School of Economics in London, UK. Sukhman gained valuable global experience through the courses featuring public policy of political economy and public finance. Specifically, he studied the trends of  income inequality and global welfare.

Per his experience in London, Mr. Sekhon became motivated and founded the Investment Club at the UC Merced campus. Through the mentorship of several professors like Professor  Mark T. Harris and Professor Jason Lee, Sukhman established the Investment Club which provided students with the ability to have knowledgeable discussions regarding current global investments, tactics, trends and strategies. He created a structure where ghost Investing competitions are held through each school semester that drives intellectual thinking through collaboration between members. Sukhman was also a research assistant to Professor Harris, researching aspects of finance and global markets trends.  Currently Mr. Sekhon is  attending Whittier Law School, J.D. and pursuing a legal career in Corporate Law, Class of 2019.
